Eat Your Broccoli!

Eat Your Broccoli!

Didn’t your mom ever say, “Eat your broccoli, it’s good for you?” She was right!!
Broccoli microgreens are a potent source of Sulforaphane, a phytochemical with strong cancer-fighting properties. Sulforaphane acts as an antioxidant, neutralizing harmful free radicals caused by various environmental factors and bodily processes. It also reduces inflammation, which is linked to several types of cancer. Research suggests that sulforaphane may also help protect DNA from mutations and slow the growth or spread of tumors. An advantage of sulforaphane is its easy accessibility in cruciferous vegetables, making it simple to incorporate into one’s diet.
