We will be at the Birmingham Farmers Market this Sunday, May 16, 9 am – 2 pm with fresh microgreens harvested less than 24 hours prior. This week, we’ll have pea shoots, sunflower, beet, mustard, radish, broccoli and spicy salad mix microgreens along with our Motor City Micro Farm Sampler packs with a combination of broccoli, radish, sunflower and pea shoot microgreens. Stop by, say hello and check us out. The weather should be much nicer than last weekend.

We’re also bringing along some of our fresh shrimp from our Motor City Sea Farm operation.
