We get asked this question a lot at the Farmers’ Market. The answer is “There are countless ways to use microgreens!”
People use them as snacks – particularly the crunchy sunflowers (our dogs even love them as a treat). Customers use them in shakes for extra protein. They use them as toppings on sandwiches, salads, burgers, pizza, eggs, avocados, salads, and even pancakes! Add them to entrees for extra flavor or to highlight a dish.
