Sylvan Table’s, Vlad Matselko, is one of the featured chefs in the 2024 Guest Chefs Dinners Series at Farrand Hall this Saturday, February 24 and he’s using our microgreens in his dishes.

Chef Vladislav Matselko believes that food is true love that should be shared. Since childhood, he shared this love with his family and friends, honing his skills over the years and discovering new cuisines around the world. Growing up in Ukraine, Vladislav was immersed in Eastern European cuisine. With the opportunity to travel to neighboring countries, he fell in love with and studied the cuisines of Europe. Arriving in the USA a year ago, he embraced a new culture and the diversity of local cuisine, fueling his passion for cooking and creating new flavor combinations. Now surrounded by new friends who have become close to him, he eagerly wants to share his love and warmth in his food here.
