Yes, We’ll Be There!

Another Sunday farmers’ market is right around the corner. We’ll be at the Birmingham Farmers’ Market this Sunday 9am – 2pm with plenty of fresh microgreens, mixes and Oyster and Lion’s Mane mushrooms.

This week we’ve added a new Asian microgreen, Shiso. Shiso is a deep purple, aromatic herb commonly used in many Japanese dishes such as sushi, salads, tempura, noodles. It has a unique fragrance, a blend of cinnamon and cloves, and is a member of the mint family.
