Plum Markets (Bloomfield, West Bloomfield, Ann Arbor West, and Ann Arbor North), Westborn Markets (Berkley, Dearborn, Livonia and Plymouth) and Zerbo’s Gourmet Market in Commerce and Livonia carry a limited variety along with specialty mixes. You can find a limited selection of our microgreens at Papa Joes Gourmet Market in Birmingham.
We sell our microgreens at various farmer’s markets thru other vendors in the metro Detroit area during the spring and summer seasons. You can find Kelly and Mark under the green tent at the Birmingham Farmers Market on Sundays, 9 AM – 2 PM, May – October.
We grow over 30 different varieties of microgreens. Our microgreens are used by several local chefs, caterers and restaurants including The Vault in Wyandotte, Chef Genevieve Vang at Bangkok96 Street Food in Detroit, The French Lady in Birmingham, Chef Ben Zamach at Zana in Birmingham, Executive Chef James Sumpter at Cambria Hotel – Cibo in Detroit, Chef Hajime Sato at Sozai Restaurant in Clawson. Unfortunately we’ve had to discontinue our home delivery service, but we’re still offering online ordering through Market Wagon, an online farmers market.

Ok, it’s really not a farm with cows and chickens, but our actual farm is located on West Chicago in Detroit and we do grow both outdoors and indoors.
