Motor City Micro Farm is proud to announce that we’ve partnered as a supplier with the 2022 Free Press Restaurant of the Year, Sozai and James Beard Award Finalist, Chef Hajime Sato. Sozai, located in Clawson, was also listed among Bon Appetit’s 50 New Best Restaurants in 2022. Chef Sato utilizes our microgreens in his delicious dishes and is impressed with their freshness and quality. If you get a chance, check out Sozai. You won’t be disappointed.
