We will be harvesting sunflowers, pea shoots, broccoli, radish, mustard, beet, spicy salad mix and arugula microgreens today and tomorrow for the farmers’ markets this weekend so you know they’ll be fresh. We’ll be at the Birmingham Farmers Market on Sunday, 9 am – 2 pm with our full range of microgreens. East River Organic Farm will be offering a limited variety of our microgreens on Saturday at the Clarkston Farmers Market and the Downtown Rochester Farmers Market. Of course, you can always pick up our microgreens at Papa Joes Gourmet Market in Birmingham during the week. Stop by say hello and check us out. See you at the market
