Growing 38 varieties of microgreens sustainabily in Detroit

We Grow In Soil

…and you can taste the difference! There are some microgreens growers that grow their greens hydroponically in water using liquid fertilizers, water stabilizers and other chemicals. We grow in soil without the use of any fertilizers, chemicals, insecticides or pesticides. We use the same water you drink at home. Many of our chef customers comment how much better tasting our microgreens are compared to the hydroponically grown ones. Try them!
Check them out at the Birmingham Farmers’ Market this Sunday 9am-2pm or at any Plum Market, Westborn Market or Zerbos.
