Growing 38 varieties of microgreens sustainabily in Detroit

Ugh…July is almost gone!

This summer seems to be flying by and we have a busy weekend ahead. We are harvesting microgreens today and tomorrow so we’ll have fresh arugula, broccoli, mustard, radish, sunflower, pea, spicy salad mix and beet microgreens for you this weekend. Mark and Kelly will be at Detroit Abloom, 248 Manistique, Detroit tomorrow from 2-6pm for Vegan Fest, Les and his crew from East River Organic Farm will have a variety of our microgreens at the Clarkston and Downtown Rochester Farmers Markets tomorrow. Kelly and Meg will be at the Birmingham Farmers Market on Sunday, 9am – 2pm. Stop by, say hello and check out our microgreens.
