Our Radish Trio Mix is a combination of 3 different radishes giving it a very robust flavor. The rosy stems and bright floral flavor of Rambo Radish add both a tasty and spicy flair. China Rose Radish is green with an intense radish flavor with a light rose-colored stem. Triton Purple is a spicy variety with stems that are a colorful light purplish red with bright green cotyledons. Radish microgreens are full of Vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, calcium iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, and essential amino acids and are anti-inflammatory, reducing swelling and pain in the body.
