Growing 38 varieties of microgreens sustainabily in Detroit

This Week At The Market

It’s going to be a hot one! We have plenty of fresh microgreens for you this weekend: arugula, broccoli, pea shoots, sunflowers, beets and chard, spicy salad mix and radish. We’re harvesting today and tomorrow so you know they’ll all be fresh. Our microgreens typically have a shelf life of 10-12 days per our customers.
Les and his crew from East River Organic Farm will have a limited variety of our microgreens at both the Clarkston and Downtown Rochester Farmers Markets on Saturday. Kelly and Nate will be at the Birmingham Farmers’ Market on Sunday with a full selection of microgreens. Stroll on by and check us out. If you miss out on any of the weekend farmers’ markets, Papa Joes in Birmingham gets a fresh shipment of our microgreens every Tuesday.
