We will be at the Birmingham Farmers Market this Sunday, May 30, 9 am – 2 pm with an assortment of our just harvested microgreens. We plan on having sunflowers, pea shoots, radish, spicy salad mix, mustard, beet, broccoli and wheatgrass (both live 5×5 trays and cut). Although we are not organic certified, all our microgreens are grown from Non-GMO, Organic seeds in an organic substrate. We do no use any fertilizers nor pesticides. Please stop by and say hello.
Some exciting news….We’ve teamed up with East River Organic Farm and they will be selling a limited variety of our fresh microgreens on Saturdays at the Rochester Farmers Market, 8 am – 1 pm along with their regular mix of eggs, produce and meat. If you go to the Rochester Market, check them out.
