Labor Day Weekend is here, and summer is almost over. For a fresh and nutritious treat this holiday, try microgreens. They’re great on their own, as dish toppings, or as a snack. We’re bringing a wide assortment of microgreens and mixes to the Birmingham Farmers’ Market this Sunday, 9am-2pm. Along with our microgreens, we’ll have an assortment of fresh gourmet mushrooms and fresh-cut floral bouquets. Come by and check us out.
