Red-veined sorrel is a favorite with our restaurant chefs especially this time of year with its colorful red and green pattern and is primarily used to accent a dish. It has a slightly lemony taste and is also high in Vitamin C. Motor City Micro Farm grows sorrel along with more than 30 different kinds of microgreens and microgreen mixes.
