Plenty of Protein – Pea Microgreens

If you’re looking for a healthy and delicious way to boost your nutrient intake, I recommend pea microgreens. They’re a great source of vitamins C, K, folate, and potassium, packed with antioxidants. Pea microgreens taste like peas but have a little more earthy flavor. They are called pea shoots, but are considered microgreens and are often bigger than typical microgreens.
Pea microgreens can be u t sed in various dishes, such as salads, sandwiches, smoothies, and stir-fries. You can eat them raw or cooked.
Our pea microgreens are available at Papa Joes – Birmingham, Plum Markets, Zerbos and Westborn Markets and online at Market Wagon.
