Our Microgreen Mixes

Have you tried them yet? We’ve blended six different combinations of our microgreens into a variety of delicious 4 oz mixes for you.
Our Asian Mix is a blend of Pak Choi, Radish, Mizuna Mustard and Tatsoi Mustard. It is full of spicy flavor with a slight bite.
Our Garden Microgreen Mix is a complete blend of your basic favorites: Peas, Broccoli, Kale, Sunflowers, Red Cabbage and Red Swiss Chard for extra color.
Hero Greens Mix is very similar to our Garden Microgreen Mix except we’ve taken out the peas for those who aren’t pea fans.
Italian Greens Mix is bursting with flavor. It contains peppery Arugula, Genovese Basil, Fennel, Broccoli and Kale.
Based on our sales numbers, Rainbow Mix is a big hit with our grocery store customers. It is a colorful blend of Sunflower, Purple Radish, Kohlrabi, Red Cabbage, Peas and Rainbow Chard.
Lastly, don’t let the name scare you, Spicy Salad Mix is a mild spicy combination of Broccoli, Kale, Radish, Arugula, Red Cabbage and Mustard.
