This Sunday at the Birmingham Farmers’ Market we’ll have beautiful Golden Oyster Mushrooms available along with Black Pearl Mushrooms which are a very dense and meaty variety. Mushrooms possess many nutritional and medicinal health benefits. For example, they are full of nutrients, including iron, calcium, potassium, selenium, and vitamins such as C, D, B1, B3, B5, and B12. We sell them by the 1/2 pound – $10. Stop by and check them out along with our microgreens.
