You can use microgreens in so many ways-salads, toppings or just plain…and we’ve got ’em! We’ll be at the Birmingham Farmers’ Market again this Sunday 9am-2pm with a wide variety of microgreens and microgreens mixes. We’ll also have Lion’s Mane and Oyster mushrooms for you.
