Motor City Micro Farm grows 32 different varieties of microgreens. Our microgreens are available at 23 grocery stores around the Metro Detroit area including Plum Markets, Westborn Markets, Better Health Markets, Papa Joe’s and Zerbos Gourmet Markets. Our microgreens are used by chefs, restaurants and private caterers across the City from Huntington Place to The Vault on First in Wyandotte. We’ve also partnered with wholesale produce distributors Tom Maceri & Son, Supreme Food Service, Gelardi Produce, Carlo Ciaramitaro Wholesale Produce all of which serve a variety of small restaurants and grocery stores around the Motor City. During the summer months, you can also find us at the Birmingham Farmers’ Market on Sundays.
