We have plenty and this weekend we will be at the Birmingham Farmers’ Market on Sunday, 9 am – 2 pm. We’ll have arugula, basil, broccoli, chard, kale, mustard, pea, red cabbage, sunflower and tatsoi microgreens along with our delicious microgreen mixes: Asian, Garden, Hero, Italian, Radish and Spicy.
If you can’t make the Farmers’ Market this week some varieties of our microgreens are available at Papa Joes in Birmingham, Plum Markets, Westborn Markets and Zerbos Gourmet Markets.
