Growing 38 varieties of microgreens sustainabily in Detroit

Just 11 More Days!

We’ll be back for our sixth season at the Birmingham Farmers’ Market on Sunday, May 4, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. with lots of fresh microgreens for you. Our microgreens are packed with flavor and up to 40% more nutritious than the full-grown version of the plant. We do not use any chemicals, fertilizer, pesticides or insecticides and we’re MDARD and USDA certified. Our microgreens are grown indoors, year-round, at our urban farm in Detroit.

We’ll have arugula, broccoli, basil, cantaloupe, cilantro, leek, kale, mustard, pea, radish, red cabbage and sunflower microgreens along with our Asian, Hero, Garden, Italian, Rainbow and Spicy microgreen mixes. Stop by, say hello and check us out!
