Summer fun is officially here. We’ll be at Birmingham Farmers’ Market this Sunday, 9am-2pm with lots of freshly harvested microgreens, Oyster and Lion’s Mane mushrooms. Last week, many of you sampled our newest microgreen addition: cantaloupe. So many liked it that we grew more and will have it this Sunday again. You won’t believe the flavor! Check it out. Just got done ordering all the plants and seeds for Kelly’s 2025 flower garden down on the farm. She’ll have bouquets galore again this year at the Birmingham Farmers’ Market. Looking forward to seeing everyone again this year.
