Microgreens are the tiny version of the adult plant. They typically are 9-12 days old when harvested and taste just like the adult plant. Studies have shown that they contain up to 40 times the nutrients of the adult plant. 

We’ll be at the Birmingham Farmers’ Market this Sunday 9am – 2pm with a wide assortment of microgreens plus Oyster and Lion’s Mane mushrooms. Stop by and check us out!
