Growing 38 varieties of microgreens sustainabily in Detroit

At the Market – August 25

Looking for microgreens? Arugula, Basil, Broccoli, Cantaloupe, Cilantro, Kale, Mustard, Pea, Radish, Red Cabbage, Sunflower and Wasabi Mustard are some of the nutritious microgreens we’ll have at the Birmingham Farmers’ Market this Sunday, 9am-2pm. Microgreens have up to 40% more nutrients than their adult counterparts. You don’t have to eat as much to get the same nutritional benefits. Guess what? They taste the same as the adult versions and you can use them in so many ways..
We’ll also have plenty of fresh-cut floral bouquets for $15, but alas no mushrooms this week. See you Sunday!
