Growing 38 varieties of microgreens sustainabily in Detroit
We’re excited! We’ve partnered with Papa Joes-Rochester and they are now carrying a limited variety of our microgreens along with their other Papa Joes-Birmingham location. We supply both Papa Joes stores on Tuesday mornings with fresh microgreens harvested within 24 hours of delivery.
You can also find our microgreens at Westborn Markets, Zerbo’s Markets, Plum Markets and the Royal Oak Farmers Market on Saturdays at the East River Organic Farm booth.
We’ll have Lion’s Mane( great for the brain) and Golden( delicious and colorful) mushrooms along with a wide variety of our nutritious microgreens this Sunday at the Birmingham Farmers’ Market. We’ll be there 9am – 2pm right next door to the lemonade tent. Stop by, […]
