Microgreens are amazing little veggies harvested at 7-12 days growth for maximum flavor, tenderness, and nutrition.  A 2012 study by the University of Maryland tested microgreens for several vitamins and found they contained 4-40 times more nutrients than their mature vegetable counterparts on a per weight basis.  Plus, unlike mature vegetables, they require little to no processing during meal prep. No more removing stems or chopping!

Just grab a handful and add to salads, sandwiches, pasta, omelets, smoothies, stir-fries – you name it! – for an easy and potent shot of vitamins and flavor.  A truly effortless way to get more vegetables into your daily routine.

Our microgreens are grown in soil indoors under lights 365 days of the year without the use of pesticides, insecticides, fertilizers or any other chemicals. We use NON-GMO and in some cases organic seed. We are USDA and MDARD inspected and certified.
