Growing 32 varieties of microgreens sustainabily in Detroit

We’re In The Home Stretch

The Birmingham Farmers’ Market season is winding down. We have only 4 more Sundays left to bring you the freshest, healthiest microgreens selection in the area. We just finished harvesting Arugula, Broccoli, Basil, Cantaloupe, Cilantro, Kale, Kohlrabi, Mizuna, Mustard, Pak Choi, Pea, Radish, Red Cabbage, Totsai and Sunflower microgreens for tomorrow’s market. We’ve mixed up different combinations for our Asian, Garden, Hero, Italian, Rainbow and Spicy microgreen mixes.

We also are packaging up a selection of our freshest gourmet mushrooms for you. We’ll have Black Pearl, Blue Oyster, Lion’s Mane, Maitake and Shitake available as both single and combo 8 oz packages. Come early as we do sell out.

Finally Kelly is back making up her beautiful floral bouquets. She’s out picking all sorts of flowers from our gardens today for the market.

We’ll be at the Birmingham Farmers’ Market Sunday, 9am-2pm, and the weather is going to be great! Stop by and say hello.
