Rain or Shine, we’ll be at the Birmingham Farmers’ Market this Sunday 9am-2pm with plenty of arugula, broccoli, cantaloupe, cilantro, fennel, kale, leek, mustard, pea, radish, red cabbage, sunflower and tatsoi microgreens along with 6 different kinds of microgreen mixes. We’ll also have Lion’s Mane and Oyster mushrooms available. It’s Super Hero Sunday so come by and check out the Super Hero Microgreen Farmers at our booth right next to the Lemonade Stand.
